This home got its roofing makeover in June of 2017 by East Fork Roofing in Reno, NV.
First, the old Reno roofing materials were removed. East Fork takes care of the waste management so that the client doesn't have to worry about it. Next, the underlying wooden structures were inspected for defects such as dry rot, etc. Everything was seen to be in order, so brown metal drip-edge, 15 lb felt and new composition shingles were installed. The new shingles were from Certainteed's Landmark Pro line in the color blend named "Max Def Heather Blend".
