This job was completed near the end of September 2016 and is located near Montello Street. It is an interesting one because the roof is flat, which is why one will see no difference in the before and after images taken from the front of the building. We installed class A fire rated underlayment and covered that with rolled roofing material that keeps the weather out. This is called "torch applied roofing" and is installed as described--with heat--to create a tight seal. The brand is Certainteed Flintlastic GTA and is in the client chosen color of "Weathered Wood". The metal drip edge was left unpainted.
