Today's roof replacement is from Sparks, NV. It was done by East Fork Roofing back in April of 2017.
First, East Fork removed the old composition shingles, flat roof, and other associated roofing materials. Next, the plywood and sheathing underneath was inspected for concerns. Two pieces of plywood needed replacing, so that was taken care of. Once that was done, 15 lb felt was installed and then new 30 year shingles on the sloped portions of the roof and a new torch applied roofing system on the flat area.
The new composition shingles selected for this job were made by Malarkey. They are from the Highlander line in the color scheme of "Sienna Blend". Click on the "Laminated Architectural Shingles" button, then "Highlander Shingle Line" and then click on the "Sienna Blend" image). Brown metal drip-edge was also selected to go with the shingles.
