The replacement pictured above took place in Sun Valley, NV and was completed by East Fork Roofing LLC in early 2017. As you can see, they replaced both the roof of this mobile home as well as that of a detached garage with matching roofing materials.
First, East Fork Roofing tore off the old roofing materials, which consisted of two layers. Then, they applied 15 lb felt and new shingles that came with a solid wind warranty. These new shingles were from Malarkey's Highlander line and came in the colors known as "Weathered Wood." The matching metal drip-edge that was applied was charcoal.
This roof is covered by a 5-year service warranty from East Fork Roofing as well as a manufacturer's warranty from Malarkey.
