Today's roof is from Carson City, NV. It got a makeover from East Fork Roofing in the beginning of January of 2017.
The old shake roof was removed and taken away by the staff at East Fork Roofing. The new roof that was applied was of composition shingle, specifically Malarkey brand from the Highlander line, which are 30 year shingles and come with a 130 mph wind warranty. For this particular job, the client chose the colors known as "Weathered Wood". Underneath the shingles was installed new 15 lb felt and brown metal drip-edge.
This and all of East Fork Roofing's roof replacements are covered by a 5-year service warranty. The roofing products are covered by Malarkey's manufacturer's warranty.
