Today's roof is found in Northern Sparks in an area called Spanish Springs. The roof was installed at the beginning of November 2016.
First the existing roof was removed by the roofing specialists at East Fork Roofing. After the plywood and OSB were checked and replaced (if needed), 15 lb felt was applied. Once that was done the client selected color of "Sienna Blend" composition shingles were installed. The new shingles were Malarkey and come from their Highlander line, which has a 130 mph manufacturer's wind warranty. They also chose new brown metal drip-edge to match.
This client was able to grab a hold of a Premium Scheduling Date, which means they were able to expedite their roof replacement.
