First, East Fork Roofing's crew removed the existing roof and cleaned and hauled away all the debris. Next, they checked the underlying sheathing for defects. Since there weren't any, they moved forward putting in white metal drip-edge, 15 lb felt and new composition shingles. The replacement shingles are good for 40 years and were manufactured by Malarkey Highlander. The color scheme the client chose was "Antique Brown", which went nicely with the color of their home.
