This roof replacement was done in Reno, NV in May of 2017. East Fork Roofing completed the one story-section only of this duplex. To begin, the old roofing materials were torn off and taken away. Next, new OSB sheathing was installed. That was followed by unpainted metal drip-edge, 30 lb (and upgrade from the norm of 15 lb), and new 30-year composition shingles.
This client chose to go with Malarkey Highlander's Storm Grey for their home. Storm Grey is a medium-dark color blend, but it looks lighter in the sunny photos taken above.
