This roof resides in Sparks, NV near Prater and McCarran Blvd. It needed a replacement and East Fork Roofing was called in for the job.
First, the existing roof was removed and all the debris was hauled away by East Fork's employees. After that the wood underneath was inspected. Once that was seen to be in good order, 15 lb felt was applied. Then, new composition shingles from Malarkey were installed. Those shingles are good for 30 years and are covered by Malarkey's product manufacturer's warranty.
Additionally, torch roofing was also applied to the flat area of the roof. The replacement as a whole is also covered by East Fork Roofing's 5-year service warranty. The shingle line for this roof is Highlander. The color scheme the client chose was "Sienna Blend" and it was completed with brown metal drip-edge.
