Here we have a home that has been made over with subtle, modern appeal. The roof was replaced in Reno, NV by East Fork Roofing in January of 2017.
The old roofing materials were removed and taken away by the staff at East Fork Roofing, LLC. After inspecting the wood underneath for defects, they moved ahead and put down 15 lb felt. On top of that they installed Malarkey Highlander composition shingles and on the flat area a new torch applied roofing system for utmost water resistance.
The shingle color the client selected was "Natural Wood" and the drip-edge metal color was unpainted. This roof is covered by East Fork Roofing's 5-year service warranty and Malarkey's manufacturer's warranty.
