Here we have a new roof replacement that was done by East Fork Roofing at the end of April in 2017. The roof can be seen in Sun Valley, NV and is on a mobile home. East Fork Roofing is one a few roofing companies in the Nothern Nevada area to be licensed to service mobile and manufactured housing.
To replace the roof, first, East Fork removed and had the old composition shingles hauled away. Then, the wood underneath was inspected for quality. Some of the plywood needed to be replaced, so that was done. Next, 30 lb felt (upgraded from the typical 15 lb) was installed, followed by new composition shingles.
The new shingles were in the color scheme of "Sienna Blend" and were made by Malarkey. Click on the “Laminated Architectural Shingles” button, then “Highlander Shingle Line” and then click on the “Sienna Blend” image). Brown metal drip-edge was also installed to match.
