Here we have another roof in the City of Sparks. The project was completed at the end of October, 2016. The old roof was removed by East Fork Roofing and taken away. Then 15 lb felt was applied and over that were placed Malarkey brand shingles from the Highlander line. The colors chosen by the client were "Heather" and the metal drip-edge was left unpainted as per request.
This quality roof replacement is covered by East Fork Roofing's 5-year service warranty, which is longer than other such warranties in the roofing trade, as well as Malarkey's manufacturer's warranty.
