This roof was replaced by East Fork Roofing during mid-May of 2017 in Sparks, NV. To begin, East Fork Roofing tore off the old asphalt shingles and had them taken away. Then, the underlying plywood and sheathing were inspected for defects. Since there weren’t any, the roofers moved on to install charcoal metal drip-edge, 15 lb felt, and new 30-year composition shingles.
The shingles chosen for this project were Malarkey Highlander in “Weathered Wood”. (To learn more about this shingle, check out Malarkey’s website: https://malarkeyroofing.com/shingle-color-selector.
