This Carson City roof was redone by East Fork Roofing LLC in January of 2017. Before the job was started, the client was able to choose what type of shingles and colors they preferred. On this home, the composition shingles were made by Malarkey Highlander and the color was “Sienna Blend”. They also selected unpainted metal drip-edge.
Other than applying the shingles, ice and water shield was installed to the eaves and 15 lb felt was nailed down. The underlying wood structures were also checked before proceeding after the initial tear off.
