This roof was replaced in March of 2017 by East Fork Roofing, LLC in Reno, NV.
As per usual, East Fork removed the existing roof and hauled the remnants away. Then, they inspected the wood beneath. In this case, 3 sheets of OSB needed to be replaced and so it was done. Next, brown metal drip-edge, 15 lb felt and new 30-year composition shingles were installed on top.
The customer chose Malarkey Highlander's Weathered Wood composition shingles for their home.
