This roof replacement can be found in Cold Springs (Reno), NV. The home already had a mix of metal and composition shingle roofing materials on their high pitched roof. For this project, the client only needed to have the shingles replaced.
East Fork Roofing removed the old shingles and took them away. Then they inspected the wood underneath. Once that was done, 15 lb felt was laid on top. Above that was installed new composition shingles from the Malarkey Highlander line. The client chose to go with "Natural Wood" and unpainted metal drip-edge.
The replaced work is covered by a manufacturer's product warranty as well as East Fork Roofing's service warranty.
