Today's roof replacement can be found in Sparks, NV. It was completed by East Fork Roofing,LLC at the beginning of May 2017.
First, the old roofing materials were removed and hauled away by East Fork. Next, the wooden structures underneath were inspected and found to be free of defects so the roofers were free to install 30 lb felt underlayment (which is an upgrade from the usual 15 lb). To finish it all off, new composition shingles were nailed down on top. In this case, the client chose Malarkey Highlander's color scheme of "Midnight Black" combined with matching charcoal colored drip-edge.
This roof is covered by East Fork Roofing's 5-year service warranty as well as Malarkey's Manufacturer's warranty.
