This roof was replaced by East Fork Roofing in Carson City, NV in mid-November 2016.
The client saved money by being able to take advantage of a discounted scheduling date. The new composition shingles were from Malarkey Highlander, which come with a 130 mph wind warranty. The chosen color scheme was "Rustic Slate" for the shingles and charcoal for the metal drip-edge.
Before putting on the new roof, East Fork Roofing removed the old roofing materials and took them away. This project and all of the quality roof replacements done by East Fork are covered by a 5-year service warranty.
