This roof replacement job was done around the end of March 2017 by East Fork Roofing LLC. The roof resides in Gardnerville, NV.
This was a new construction job, so the project was installation only. There was ice and water shield applied to the eaves as well as 30 lb felt for underlayment. The new composition shingles that were installed on top of those were made by Malarkey. They are part of the Highlander line and came in the color combination known as "Golden Amber". The drip-edge metal color chosen was white.
This roof is covered by the manufacturer's warranty as well as East Fork Roofing's service warranty.
