Here we have a roof that was replaced by East Fork Roofing, LLC in Carson City. The project started in mid-October of 2017.
East Fork began by tearing off the old roofing materials and disposing of them. After that, they inspected the wood underneath and since there were no defects, they moved ahead to install brown metal drip edge, 15 lb underlayment and new 40-year composition shingles.
The shingles this client chose to install were Malarkey Highlander's color blend of "Antique Brown". You can learn more about them here at Malarkey's website. (Malarkey has since upgraded their Highlander line to include polymers for added strength and benefits and now calls it Highlander NEX.)
This roof is covered by Malarkey's manufacturer's warranty as well as East Fork Roofing's 5-year service warranty.
