This newly replaced roof can be found in Reno, NV near Mill Street and Kietzke Lane. It was completed near the end of September 2016.
The old wood shake roof was removed and hauled away by the employees at East Fork Roofing. Then they put down 15 lb felt underlayment after checking the supporting plywood and OSB. On top of that, they installed Malarkey Higlander brand composition shingles. These shingles were chosen by the client and in this instance, they went with "Weathered Wood" and finished off the look with charcoal colored metal drip-edge.
This roof is covered by Malarkey's manufacturer's warranty as well as East Fork Roofing's service warranty.
