This roof in Reno was ready for an overhaul and the owner knew to look to East Fork Roofing to get the job done right. The old shingles were taken away and new plywood was installed to replace some that was no longer good. The owner chose new Certainteed Landmark shingles in "Georgetown Grey" with "Charcoal" metal drip edge to go with it. As you can see, these were installed with aesthetically pleasing results. There was a flat area where our roofers also put on torch applied rolled roofing to keep moisture out.
East Fork covered this (and all of our jobs) with a 5-year workmanship warranty. The roofing products are also covered with a 30-year manufacturer's warranty.
