Today's featured roof can be found in a South Reno neighborhood. The replacement was completed by the roofing specialists at East Fork Roofing at the end of September, 2016.
The old roofing materials were removed. Then, waterproof 15 lb felt was installed before the new shingles were applied. This client chose to go with Certainteed Landmark Premium shingles with the color scheme of "Max Def Moire Black." Charcoal metal drip edge was also chosen to match the dark gray shingles.
East Fork Roofing stands behind their replacement work with a 5-year service warranty, which is also combined with Certainteed's manufacturer's warranty.
