This roof replacement was finished by East Fork Roofing LLC at the beginning of January 2017 and can be seen in NW Reno.
It was time for the old asphalt shingles to be replaced, so East Fork Roofing did just that and then hauled the debris away. Next, the wooden structures underneath were inspected and found free of defects. Fifteen pound felt was installed and then new composition shingles were nailed on top. The specific shingles that this client decided to go with were from Malarkey Highlander in the color scheme of "Weathered Wood." The drip-edge that was put on the roof as one of the last steps was left unpainted.
This roof is covered by a service warranty from East Fork Roofing, as well as a manufacturer's warranty from Malarkey.
