Today's roof replacement is found in Sparks, NV close to N. McCarran Boulevard and Baring Boulevard. The project was complete at the end of November in 2016.
East Fork Roofing was the one to get the job done right. First they removed and took away the old roofing materials. Once that was done they inspected the wood underneath. There was damaged plywood that needed to be switched out, which was then done. After that 15 lb felt was installed and then new composition shingles on top on that.
This client chose to go with "Weathered Wood" shingles from Malarkey Highlander along with unpainted metal drip-edge.
Their roof is covered by a service warranty from East Fork Roofing as well as a manufacturer's warranty.
