Today's featured roof replacement can be found in Carson City, Nevada. It was done by East Fork Roofing, LLC near Christmas of 2016.
The old composition shingles were torn off and taken away by the tear off crew at East Fork Roofing. Then, the underlying wood structures were inspected. A few pieces of plywood needed to be replaced, so that was done. Next, the felt was applied and this client chose to upgrade to 30 lb for more protection. They also had ice and water shield installed to the lower pitched section at the rear of the house.
The flat area of the roof was replaced with torch down and the sloped areas were given new composition shingles. These shingles are "Storm Grey" and come from Malarkey Highlander and have a 130 mph wind warranty. This roof is also covered by East Fork Roofing's 5-year service warranty.
