Here is another home with a new roof from East Fork Roofing. This one can be found in Gardnerville, NV. The roof was replaced in mid-November of 2016.
First, the old composition shingle roofing material was removed. Then, after it was seen that the plywood underneath was good, the professionals at East Fork Roofing went ahead and installed 15 lb felt and new composition shingles.
The fresh shingles were from Malarkey's Highlander line in the color of "Weathered Wood". The drip-edge metal choice was to leave it unpainted.
