This interesting little back building had its roof replaced by East Fork Roofing near the end of November of 2017.
East Fork began by removing the worn out roofing materials and disposing of them. After that, they installed new charcoal metal drip edge, 15 lb felt and 40-year composition shingles. The flat portion of the roof was given a torch applied roofing system (not pictured).
The shingles this client chose were Certainteed Landmark Pro's "Max Def Moire Black" (which is like a charcoal color). If you would like to learn more about them, check out Certainteed's website here.
