This roof was replaced by East Fork Roofing in mid-October of 2017 in Sparks, NV. The project included the mobile home only (not the porch cover, detached carport or backyard shed).
East Fork started by removing the old roofing materials and disposing of them. After that, they inspected the wooden structures underneath and found them to be free of defects, so they then installed white metal drip edge, 30 lb felt, and new 40-year composition shingles.
The shingles this client chose to go with were Malarkey Highlander's "Sienna Blend". If you would like to learn more about them please see Malarkey's website here. (They have since upgraded their Malarkey line and call it Highlander NEX.)
