This was a roof installation that East Fork Roofing did for a new construction project in Reno, NV. It was done around mid-October of 2017.
For underlayment, 30 lb felt was installed as well as ice and water shield on all north facing areas and at the chimney. The low-slope portion of the roof had a metal roofing system applied and the sloped areas were given 50-year luxury shingles.
The shingles selected by the client for this home were Certainteed's Presidential Shake in the color blend called "Shadow Gray". Charcoal colored metal drip edge was also chosen to match. (If you would like to learn more about these specific shingles, check out Certainteed's website here. )
