This roof was replaced by East Fork Roofing, LLC in mid-October of 2017 in Sparks, NV.
East Fork began by removing the original composition shingle roofing materials and placing them in a dumpster for removal. After that, they checked the underlying wooden structures for defects. Since none were found, they moved forward to install brown metal drip edge, 30 lb felt, and new 40-year composition shingles. This client also chose the upgrade of ridge on rakes, which adds additional wind protection as well as being even more aesthetically pleasing.
The shingles chosen by this client were Certainteed Landmark Pro's color blend called "Max Def Heather Blend". If you would like to learn more about these specific shingles, check out Certainteed's website here.
