East Fork Roofing replaced this roof at the end of July of 2017 in Reno, NV. They began by tearing off the old roofing materials and disposing of them. After that, they inspected the wood underneath for defects. A couple pieces of plywood needed replacing, so that was done. After that, unpainted metal drip edge and 15 lb felt and ice and water shield, as necessary. Next, new 40-year composition shingles were nailed into place on top.
The shingle line this client selected was Malarkey Highlander in the color blend called "Storm Grey". You can learn more about Malarkey Highlander here on Malarkey's website. (Highlander has since been upgraded to Highlander NEX.)
