This roof was replaced by East Fork Roofing, LLC in Carson City, Nevada in the middle of August of 2017.
To begin, the old composition shingles and other worn-out roofing materials were removed and placed in a dumpster by East Fork Roofing. Next, the plywood under it all was inspected for defects. As none of the wood needed replacing, the roofers went forward to install new 40-year composition shingles, 15 lb underlayment and metal drip-edge in brown.
For this home, the owner chose to go with Certainteed Landmark's warm-toned line of "Terra Cotta" shingles. If they interest you, check out Certainteed's website for more information here.
