I've been hearing their commercials on the radio for two years now and already had their phone number memorized! At first, I tried to get a roofer closer to me here in Gardnerville, but the two companies I called never even called me back. At that point, I had nothing to lose by trying East Fork Roofing in Sparks. They called me back right away, came out and gave me an estimate. They were able to come do the job within four weeks, (which is considered very fast these days) and my 16' x 8' shed had a new roof and part of the existing roof and a portion of the gutters on my house had the repairs completed in one day! The roof on my house is roughly 17 years old and they were able to match the new shingles with the old as perfect as I've ever seen!!! I am extremely pleased with their customer service, and for someone who was in customer service for years, that means the difference between a sale and a non-sale!
