This lovely home in Minden, NV had roof replacement services done by East Fork Roofing LLC at the beginning of December of 2017.
Roof replacement in Reno is done by tearing off and disposing of the old composition shingles and other associated materials. After replacing some plywood, they installed new charcoal colored metal drip edge, 15 lb felt and 40-year composition shingles.
The particular shingles this client chose were Malarkey Highlander's "Rustic Slate". You can learn more about them here at Malarkey's website. (Malarkey has since upgraded their Highlander line to include recycled polymers for added strength and other benefits They now call it Highlander NEX.)
