The roof on this property was replaced by East Fork Roofing LLC in the middle of November 2017 in Sparks, NV.
East Fork began by removing the old roof and disposing of those materials. They then went on to install charcoal colored metal drip edge, 15 lb felt, and new 40-year composition shingles. This client selected Malarkey Highlander's "Midnight Black" shingles for their home. The first image is closest to the actual color, but you can see more comparisions here at Malarkey's website. (Malarkey has since updated their Highlander line and it is now called Highlander NEX.)
