This home got a roofing makeover by East Fork Roofing LLC in February of 2017. It can be viewed in Carson City, NV.
Before the job began, the client chose to go with Malarkey Highlander composition shingles in "Sienna Blend" and white metal drip-edge. These asphalt shingles come with a 130 mph wind warranty and are rated for up to 30 years.
East Fork began by removing the old roofing materials and hauled them away. Then, they checked the underlying wood to make sure all was well. After that, they laid down 15 lb felt and the new shingles, while the flat area was replaced with a torch applied roofing system.
This roof is covered by East Fork Roofing's service warranty as well as Malarkey's manufacturer's warranty.
