This roof was replaced by East Fork Roofing at the end of July of 2017 in Carson City, NV.
East Fork Roofing began by removing the worn out wood shake roofing materials and having them disposed of. Then, they inspected the underlying wooden structures. After than, new charcoal metal drip edge, 15 lb felt and new composition shingles made up the roof replacement.
The shingles this client selected were Malarkey Highlander's "Midnight Black". The colors in the photo look very light because the sun was hitting them. The shingles actually appear darker, more like a dark charcoal to black. (To see a more color accurate photo of the shingles, check out Malarkey's website here.
